Ingredients:

Hakka Noodles – 300 gms

Carrots – 4-5 cut into julienne strips

Cabbage – finely chopped

Capsicum – finely chopped

Onions – 1-2 finely chopped (optional)

Green chillies – 3 – 4 finely chopped

Oil – 4-5 tbsp

Soya sauce – 2 tbsp

Red chilli sauce – 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp

Black pepper powder – 2 tsp

Sugar – 2 tsp

Salt – to taste

Method:

In a kadai add oil and once hot add the green chillies and saute for couple of minutes.

Then add all the vegetables one after the other and saute for 3-4 minutes.

Now add all the sauces and mix them well.

Now add the Hakka Noodles and add water sufficient to immerse the noodles.

Once the noodles become soft add pepper powder, sugar and salt and saute for a minute.

Now the vegetable noodles is ready for tasting.
