Paneer – 300 grams cubed
Oil – 5-6 tbsp
Onion – 1 large peeled and cubed
Capsicum – 1 large cubed
Garlic – 6 chopped finely
Green Chilli – 3 chopped finely
Pepper Powder – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp or to taste
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a kadai and once hot shallow fry the paneer and keep it in warm water.
Now in the remaining oil, add in garlic and chillies and saute for a minute. Now add the onions and capsicum and sauté for a few more minutes.
Now add all the sauces and mix well.
Now add the fried paneer, pepper powder, salt and sugar and mix well.
Yummy chilli paneer is ready !
