Ingredients:

Potato, small – 4-5 medium cut into cubes
Cauliflower, cut into small florets – 2 cups
Peas – 1 cup
Tomatoes – 3 finely chopped
Green chillies- 2 slit into halves
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Ghee/ Oil – 4-5 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch finely chopped
Subji Masala – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Salt to taste

Method:

In a pressure cooker, steam cook the potatoes, cauliflower and peas for five minutes.

In a kadai, heat ghee/oil and once hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, ginger paste, green chillies and saute for a few minutes.

Now add Tomatoes, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, subji masala and saute till tomatoes become mushy.

Now add the cooked potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, and salt .  Saute for a few more minutes and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
