Ingredients :

Raw banana – 3

Green capsicum – 1 finely chopped (optional)

Mustard seeds -1 tbsp

Urad dal – 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp

Coriander powder – 2  tbsp

Grated fresh coconut – 1 cup

Oil – 4-5 tbsp

Green chillies – 3-4

Curry Leaves -1 sprig

Salt to taste

Method:

Steam the raw bananas so that it is half cooked . Once cool , peel the skin and cut the half cooked bananas into cubes and set aside .

In a kadai heat oil and once hot add Mustard seeds , green chillies , Urad dal, green capsicum and curry leaves and saute for a few minutes .

Now add the bananas, red chilli powder , coriander powder and salt and mix well . Finally add the coconut and saute for a couple of minutes .
