Ingredients:

Raw Rice – 5 cups

Urad Dal – 1 1/2 cups

Fenugreek – 1 tbsp

Oil – as needed

Salt to taste

Method:

Soak the raw rice, fenugreek and Urad dal separately for four hours.

Blend the soaked items separately into a fine paste and once done mix it with salt.

Allow the batter to ferment overnight or for 8 hours.  Dosa batter is now ready !

In a tawa once hot pour the batter using a ladle and cook it on both side applying oil on the sides.

Yummy Sada Dosa is ready !!

Note: 

By adding potato masala (I had shared the recipe earlier), you can make the masala dosa.
