Ingredients :

Broccoli – 200 gms cut into small florets

Cauliflower –  200 gms cut into small florets

Carrots – 2-3 cut into thin strips

Onions – 2 finely chopped

Green chillies – 3-4 finely chopped

Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Corn flour – 2 tbsp

Soya sauce – 2 tbsp

Red chilli sauce –  2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp

Pepper powder – 1 tbsp

Oil – 4-5 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

In a kadai heat oil and once hot add the onions, green chillies and ginger and garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.

Now add all the vegetables and saute for a few more minutes. Now add the Soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder and salt and mix well.

In a bowl add the corn flour and some water and mix well with out any lumps.

Once the vegetables are half cooked add the corn flour mixture and mix well. You can dilute if necessary by adding some water if required.

Let it cook for a few more minutes.

Yummy vegetables stir fry is ready!! It goes very well with both plain white rice as well as fried rice.
