Ingredients:

Kathrikai (Brinjals ) -1 /2 kg chopped into cubes

Oil -4-5 tbsp

Mustard seeds -1 tbsp

Turmeric powder -1 tsp

Urad dal – 1 tsp

Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp

Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp

Idli Milaga Podi – 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

In a kadai heat oil and once hot add Mustard seeds , and Urad dal  and saute for a couple of minutes .

Now add the Kathrikai, Turmeric powder and saute for a few minutes . Now add Red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well . Saute for a few minutes till the Kathrikai is cooked well. You can cook on a low flame by closing the lid. Finally sprinkle the Milaga podi and mix well.

Yummy Kathrikai Kari is ready ! !
