Ingredients:

Fresh coconut – 1 cup

Green chillies – 3-4

Chutney dal – 2 tbsp (optional)

Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

In a mixie blend fresh coconut and green chillies by adding just enough water into a fine paste. One can blend chutney dal as well when blending the coconut to give some additional taste.

In a add some oil and once hot add Mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Turn off the heat and add this to the chutney with salt.

Yummy coconut chutney is ready!
