Ingredients:

Paneer – 250 gms cut into cubes

Green capsicum – 1 medium cut into 1 inch pieces

Red capsicum – 1 large cut into 1 inch pieces

Onion – 1 medium cut into 1 inch pieces

Curd – 1 cup thick yoghurt

Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp

Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp

Cumin Powder -1 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder -1 tsp

Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp

Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

Oil – 3-4 tbsp

Oil Spray – as required

Salt to taste

Method:

In a bowl mix the curd, ginger and garlic paste and all the spice powders (red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder) and salt and mix well.  Add little bit of oil and mix well.  Now the marinade is ready.

Now add the paneer and the cut vegetables (both the capsicums and onion) and gently mix such that the marinade is coated evenly.  Now keep this mix in the fridge for 2 hours or more.

Now pre heat the oven 350 degree F or 180 degree C for atleast 1o minutes.

In a baking tray place an aluminium foil and grease the tray with oil or oil spray so that the paneer will not stick to it.  Arrange the paneer and the vegetables on the tray evenly and bake it for 10-12 minutes.  Take it out of the oven, flip it, apply some more oil and bake it again for 10-12 minutes.

Yummy Paneer tikka is now ready to taste!

Note: One can cook it in the non stick tawa on a medium flame by shallow frying it evenly !

One can arrange the paneer and the veggies in a skewer to present it in restaurant style !
