Maida – 1 cup

Rava – 2 cups

Rice Flour – 3 cups

Pepper – 1 tsp

Onions – 2 finely chopped

Green Chillies – 3 finely chopped

Curry Leaves – 1 sprig

Coriander Leaves – 1/2 bunch finely chopped

Salt to taste

Oil as required


In a bowl mix Maida, Rava and Rice flour by adding water slowly without any lumps.  Add just enough water till the mixture reaches dosa batter consistency.

Now add the chopped onions, pepper, curry leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt and mix well.

Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.  The Onion Rava Dosa batter is now ready.

Pour the batter on a hot tawa and cook by applying oil till both sides become crisp.

Yummy Onion Rava Dosa is now ready to taste!!
