Murungai keerai – 2 cups finely chopped
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Dry red chillies – 3-4
Garlic – 6-8 finely chopped
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Fresh coconut – 1 cup
Oil – 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste
In a kadai heat oil and once hot add Mustard seeds, Urad dal, red chillies and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
Now add the Murungai keerai, Turmeric powder, salt and sprinkle some water and saute till the mixture is cooked well.
Now add the fresh coconut and mix well.
